General information :

The present general conditions of sale applies to all the trade concluded by means of Internet site www.actumode.com, the orders by phone or mail, between the ActuMode company and the author of the order (“the customer”). No particular condition can, except acceptance formal and written ActuMode to prevail against the present general conditions on line. Any contrary condition opposed by the customer will be thus, in the absence of express acceptance, incontestable in ActuMode, whatever the moment when it could have been brought to its attention. ActuMode will be able to constantly modify the present general conditions of sale, subject revealing these modifications on its site.

Orders:

ActuMode is committed accepting your order in the terms of these general conditions of sale. By confirming your order, you will confirm to accept the entirety of these general conditions of sale placed at your disposal on the site, and admit having a perfect knowledge of it, renouncing of this fact to prevail you of any contradictory document, and in particular of your own general conditions of purchase, the act of purchase involving acceptance of these terms of sale only applicable to the order. You declare being at least 18 years old and having the legal capacity or to be titular of a parental authorization allowing you to carry out an order on the Site.

Price:

The prices indicated in euros are net, except forwarding charges. They can change constantly without notice, knowing that the articles will be invoiced on the basis in force with the recording of the order. The effective rate of the euro is fixed at 6,55957 FF. All the orders are invoiced in euros and payable in euros. The price is payable entirely and in only one down payment. The applicable VAT is 19,6% for all the products. For any forwarding in the DOM TOM and except EU the possible custom charges or local taxes remain  the charges of the recipient.

Modes of payment:

You can only pay by credit card (Blue Chart, Visa card, Eurocard/Mastercard), while indicating directly in the zone envisaged to this end (seized made safe by encoding SSL): the number of your card without space enters the figures, like its validity date.

The products remain the property of ActuMode to the complete payment of the price by ActuMode.

Delivery and forwarding costs:

The delivery is ensured in Metropolitan France (including: Corsica, Monaco and Andore), EU and everywhere in the World.

For the Metropolitan France: The delivery is generally carried out by the post office with the schedules of delivery of the postal rounds of the locality of delivery the morning between 08h00 and 12h00. If you miss at the time of the passage of the factor, a notice is deposited in your letter-box. Your parcel will then be placed at the disposal at the nearest post office . The delivery periods for the products available are 2 days as an indication. The expenses of delivery are invoiced contractually 5,00 € whatever the number of articles and free starting from an order of 150,00 € (a number of unlimited articles).

For the EU, SWITZERLAND and NORWAY: The expenses of delivery are invoiced contractually 25,00 € whatever the number of articles.

For OVERSEAS - DOM: The expenses of delivery are invoiced contractually 35,00 € whatever the number of articles.

For TOM: The expenses of delivery are invoiced contractually 55,00 € whatever the number of articles.

For the OTHER DESTINATIONS: The expenses of delivery are invoiced contractually 35,00 € whatever the number of articles.

 

Any order placed on the Site and delivered apart from France could be subjected to possible taxes and customs duties which are imposed when the parcel arrives to its destination. These customs duties and these taxes possible related to the delivery of an article are with your charge and concern your responsibility. We are not held to check and to inform you of the customs duties and taxes applicable. To know them, We advise You to inform You near the proper authorities of your country.

Return:

In accordance with the L.121-16 article of the Code of Consumption, the consumer has a 7 working days deadline as from the delivery date of his order, to turn over any article not agreeing to him and to ask the exchange or for refunding without penalty, except for the expenses of return.
The expenses of return, in the case of a retractation, will be with your charge . The expenses of return for a product declared nonin conformity with the order, will be dealt with by ActuMode by basing us on the mode of forwarding of origin. No sending of against refunding will be accepted whatever is the reason. The article will have to be turned over in good condition in its packing of origin, and nonworn. We commit ourselves making you an exchange, one to have or a refunding within a time lower or equal to 30 days after the reception of the products by our care.

Actumode.com, in collaboration with Fianet, control all the orders which were validated on its site. These controls aim at protecting Actumode from abuses operated by defrauders.
For an order which presents an address of delivery different from the bill-to-address, our services could be brought to contact the two people mentioned; namely the person attached to the bill-to-address and that indicated for the address of delivery.
Within the framework of these procedures, our services could be brought to require all the parts necessary of you to the releasing of your order: documents in proof of residence and flow to your name, but so justifying of residence in the name of the person indicated for the address of delivery etc…
These requests are made by e-mail, then by mail with AR.

Satisfait ou Remboursé :

Too large, too small? Isn't the color such as you expected? ActuMode accepts the returns up to 15 days after the delivery and refunds you. All the articles can be the object of a refunding.

Refunding must be required within 15 day, deduction made of postal costs. The return of the articles within this time must imperatively be accompanied by the form of return packing to the following address:

It is essential that the customer carries out a request
for return by contacting the customer service (0033 1 43 72 17 19) in order to obtain an authorisation
number.

Will be refused by the salesman any damaged article that would not have been the object of remarks or reserves expressed by the customer as of the delivery. To be accepted by ActuMode, articles and packing of origin must be turned over in their state of origin without to be carried nor washed.


Our service return carries out a qualitative control with reception of the turned over articles. Actumode thus reserves the right to
accept or refuse the article turned over in function its qualitative state.
